OLD SKOOL VIBES

I’ve been outta the car game for quite some time now, and I’ve been itching to get wrenching in the garage. If only I could find the time away from school to do so.. Anyways, I was perusing through some old pictures today, and ran into some coverage of the Speedhunters gathering which went down a couple years ago. I remember this meet distinctly because of the variety of cars displayed in the parking lot. I saw everything from bosozoku cruisers, to Chris Rado’s time attack Scion TC, to Nissans equipped with zip-tied bumpers; ready to hit the track sideways. It was a gathering guaranteed to satisfy the likings of any car enthusiast, which is why I believe this meet was so successful. I’m not sure if this meet is an annual event now, but if it were to ever happen again, I would sure hope that I could attend.
