TIAJUANA TACOS

This past week, I had the opportunity to travel with my classmates to Mexico, to visit the site of our school project. The objective is to create a mass dwelling complex which will better serve the people of Villa De Las Palmas; an urban planned community intended to house 1 million residents over the 20 years. It was refreshing to observe a different way of living and experience a new culture. On our way back to school, we stopped at a popular taco stand for dinner. I didn’t have the guts to try the cow tongue, so I opted for the Adobada tacos instead. We made one last stop at Dandy Del Sur Bar on Revolucion Street to grab a drink with our professors before heading towards the border.
