“Period Correct redefines a culture lost through time, powered by the future of speed and modern design.
The idea has been reinvented with the influence of vintage racing, architecture, and automobiles.”
It doesn’t take much for me to check out something that is car related, so as one would imagine, I was very interested to know what Period Correct was all about.
As I drove up to the building, I knew that I found the right place. An immaculate Porsche was parked in front and the windows displayed images of vintage BMW’s racing around the track. I was immediately greeted by one of the employee’s who was nice enough to tell me about shop, his ride (a Laguna Seca Blue E46 equipped with brushed gold BBS LM’s), and the history behind the brand. The interior of the shop was a culmination of mid-century modern furniture, simplistic streetwear apparel, and nostalgic race cars. The layout was accented with a navy blue palette accompanied with wood tones. An added bonus for me was the Lancia Delta Integrale EVO 2 nestled in the corner.
My experience at Period Correct was a memorable one, and it was great to observe a space designed to simultaneously embrace fashion and automobiles.
