TBT: THE HUMMINGBIRD CAPTURE

During a fall semester, my fellow students and I were camping in the Cuyamaca Mountains to gather some research for a studio project. A group of hummingbirds would dive into the nearby streams to cool themselves off from the blistering heat. As I laid on a rock with my camera in hand, I was lucky enough to capture one of the birds in mid-flight.
