PINOY SLIDERS

It’s been awhile since my girlfriend and I spent some time in the kitchen together, so tonight we decided to whip up one of our go-to comfort foods. The “Pinoy Slider” as we call it, is a fusion of ingredients taken from my father’s infamous “Pinoy Burger” recipe, as well as flavors from our favorite hamburger joints.

This particular slider has strong garlic notes that was complimented with a sweet and tangy aioli sauce. We used King’s Hawaiian dinner rolls for the buns, prepared fresh spinach, and sauteed some onions. Delicious.
